The Notre Dame Titans won their first outright SOC I volleyball championship in school history Thursday after beating East at home in straight sets. Notre Dame finished with a 20-1 overall record and a 14-0 conference record. The Titans also finished undefeated in conference play for the first time in school history.

Wheelersburg 3, West 0
The Wheelersburg Pirates beat the West Senators in straight sets to claim the SOC II championship.
Wheelersburg (18-3, 14-0) was led by Makayla Akers who recorded 12 kills and nine digs. Defensively, Bailey Brown led the effort with 17 digs Kasey Began chipping with 12 of her own.
“I am so proud of the team this season and how hard they worked to win the SOC title,” Pirates head coach Kendra Coleman said. “Hard work truly pays off and each member of the team has contributed in their own way.”
Wheelersburg plays Piketon at home Monday to close out the regular season.

Clay 3, Symmes Valley 0
The Clay Panthers beat the Symmes Valley Vikings in straight sets Thursday.
Clay was led offensively by Jensen Warnock and Delanie Gilliland who recorded 14 kills apiece. Lynlee Wells contributed 11 kills. The facilitator of the offense was Lila Brown who recorded 37 assists.
Defensively, Shaelyn Vassar led the Panthers with 15 digs while Jaelyn Warnock contributed 11 digs.
