2024 BET Awards: How to watch, where to stream free
The 2024 BET Awards are finally here and set to kick off on BET Sunday, June 30 at 8/7c.
During this year’s awards show, Academy Award-nominated and Golden Globe-winning actor, author, director, producer and philanthropist Taraji P. Henson will return to host, and Grammy award-winning global entertainment icon Usher will be honored with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement BET Award.
Drake is the leading nominee for this year’s BET Awards with seven total nods.
BET also stated that Megan Thee Stallion will be the opening performer for the 2024 BET Awards alongside other performers like Will Smith, GloRilla, Ice Spice, Latto, Ms. Lauryn Hill &YG Marley, Muni Long, Sexyy Red, Shaboozey, Tyla, and Victoria Monét. Additionally, Tanner Adell.
Where can I watch the Bet Awards 2024?
Although the 2024 BET Awards will broadcast on BET, those without basic cable can still live stream the awards show on Sunday night with Philo, Fubo or DirecTV Stream.

What is Fubo?
Fubo is set up like any other streaming service, but rather than offering exclusively on-demand content, it offers a plethora of exclusive live TV channels that Philo does not offer ESPN, ABC, NBC, CBS, TLC, MTV and much more. So like regular cable, but without the hassle.
Fubo considers itself a sports-focused live streaming service, but overall, its standard package comes with over 100 live TV channels for $79.99 a month after its free trial.
Fubo also comes with a variety of shows and movies users can watch on-demand along with the option to record your favorite TV shows.
What is DirecTV Stream?
DirecTV Stream is similar to Fubo in that it offers many of the same channels and features. At $84.98 a month after its free trial, the base package comes with a little over 75 live TV channels.
