South Webster junior libero Addi Claxon collected her 1,000th career dig on Saturday —in the Jeeps’ three-set non-league volleyball victory over visiting Alexander. Claxon had a match-high 20 digs, as the undefeated Jeeps swept the Spartans 25-18, 25-16 and 25-17 to remain undefeated at 7-0. South Webster’s win at Gallia Academy on Monday night made it 8-0 on the season. Claxon joins Hannah Spergin along with her three older sisters in the Jeeps’ 1,000-dig club — Graci Claxon (20-2021 senior season), Bri Claxon (2021 senior season) and Bella Claxon (2023 senior season).
