Candy Cummings, 63, of Portsmouth, died Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at the SOMC Hospice Center. Surviving is her husband, Jerry R. Cummings. Arrangements are pending at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE, where friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
