Faye Newman, 53
Faye Newman, 53 of Rarden Hazelbaker Rd. Otway, died Sunday, July 8, 2012, at the University Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born on April 4, 1959, in Ironton, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Burl and Merle Knipp Crace.
She was united in marriage on Nov. 20, 1980, to Darrell H. Newman who survives. Also surviving are two sons: Darrell Crace, Jr. and wife Kim and Mike Newman and wife Jennifer both of Otway, two daughters: Susan Elaine Burley and husband Pat of Findlay, Ohio, and Amy Henson and husband Will of Otway, six grandchildren: Kayleigh, Christian, Faith, Austin, Andrew, and Gage, one brother, George Crace of Portsmouth, and two sisters: Gloria Sheets of Otway and Carolyn Crace of Rarden. She was preceded in death by three brothers: Burl Crace, Jr., Gary David Crace, Darwin Crace, and one sister, Delores Adkins.
She was a member of the Rarden Nazarene Church where services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday with Pastor Jason Koch officiating. Burial will follow in the New Hoffer Hill Church Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 5 p.m.- 8 p.m. at Botkin Funeral Home in Otway and Wednesday from 10-11 a.m. at the church on Wednesday.
