Cash reward offered for Paul Riggs

A head-on crash last week claimed the lives of two adults and an unborn child in addition to seriously injured another person. The driver suspected of causing the June 24 crash reportedly fled the scene. Now authorities are asking for your help in locating that person and offering a substantial cash reward.
Southern Ohio Crime Stoppers, The Ohio State Highway Patrol and Pike County Sheriff’s Office are attempting to locate Paul R. Riggs, 30, of Waverly, who is wanted for two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, one count of vehicular homicide, and one count of aggravated vehicular assault.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says the fatal traffic crash occurred shortly after 7:30 p.m. on June 24. They say that crash claimed the life of Tina L. Ogier, 35, her unborn child, and a passenger, Mary Jane E. Cooper, 19, all of Beaver, Ohio. A 14-year-old passenger was also injured in the crash.
Troopers said Ogier was traveling westbound on River Road in a 1998 Plymouth Breeze when a 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, traveling eastbound on the same road, went left of center and struck her vehicle head on. Ogier and Cooper were pronounced dead at the scene.
Paul R. Riggs is a white male, 30 years of age, 6-foot-2 with brown hair and green eyes. Authorities warn do not attempt to detain or apprehend Riggs. If you do locate him, contact your local law enforcement agency, Southern Ohio Crime Stoppers, or dial 9-1-1
