Approximately 65 new jobs are on their way to Lewis County, Ky. Nelson Brothers, LLC, a leading manufacturer of bulk emulsions to the surface mining industry in the eastern United States, announced Thursday that they will build a new $17 million emulsion plant in Lewis County.
