Wanda Lewis, 81

Wanda “Bonnie” Lewis, 81, of Lucasville, died Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at SOMC Hospice.

She was born Feb. 24, 1932, in Sciotoville, a daughter of the late Elton and Martha Jane Strickland Martin.

She is survived by four daughters Phyllis Ward of Portsmouth, Terry Lewis of Lucasville, Debbie (Russ) Gilliam of South Shore, Ky., and Tina (Mike) Howe of Portsmouth; five sons James and Gary Lewis both of Canton, Georgia, Jeff (Debbie) Lewis of Lucasville, Chuck (Connie) Martin of Georgia, and Wesley Lewis of Lucasville; 30 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 11 great great-grandchildren; one brother, Ray Martin of Georgia; and two sisters, Norma Jean (Randal) Munyon of Sciotoville and Libby (Terry) Artis of Sciotoville.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Bowling and Faye Payton.

Graveside services will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Monday, March 18, 2013, in Scioto Burial Park with Mike Simpson officiating. Friends may call from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Monday at the McKinley Funeral Home.
