Ethel Dillon, 65
Ethel “Jeannie” Dillon, 65, of Portsmouth, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born Nov. 16, 1947, in Cincinnati, a daughter of the late Margaret Ann Wallace Robison. Jeannie was a wonderful Mom and Mamaw and she worked for over 30 years for Fred W. Brisker and Associates. She was married Jan. 27, 1969, in Wilmington, Ohio, to Stephen T. Dillon, who preceded her in death March 21, 2006. She is survived by her son, SGM. William L. Dillon and wife Tina, of Portsmouth; one daughter, Stephanie Margaret Lada and husband Austin, of Maumee, Ohio; four brothers, Warren Robison, of Hillsboro; William “Bill” Robison, of Wilmington, Ohio; Robert Hirsch, of New Vienna, Ohio; Kermit “Rick” Robison, of Jamestown, Ohio; her sister-in-law, Laurie Martin, of St. Mary’s Idaho; her grandchildren, Dylan Andrew Llewellyn; Trey Thomas Dillon; Tyler James Llewellyn; Kara Rachelle Dillon; Kaitlyn Dianne Harris; Emily Mae Swann; Chloe Grace Lada and her great-grandson, Eli Thomas Phipps. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at the Swick-Bussa-Chamberlin Funeral Home in Wheelersburg, with Will Dhume officiating, with interment at Memorial Burial Park. Friends may call Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, or SOMC Hospice, Portsmouth.
