Ohio Governor John Kasich will be joined by a panel of Ohio small business owners at a “Tax Cut Town Hall,” Monday at 7 p.m., and he is inviting the public to submit questions.

“Over the past two years, Ohio has been on the comeback and although we’ve become a much friendlier place for businesses to create jobs, our taxes remain too high,” Kasich said. “Small businesses are the lifeblood of our economy and they employ half of Ohio’s private sector workforce. Reducing their taxes will help create more jobs by freeing up money that they can use to grow, expand and hire more Ohioans.”

Saturday, Kasich Tweeted, “Looking fwd to our Tax Cut Town Hall webcast on Mon. How would tax cuts help your family or biz where you work?”

He also took the opportunity to thank the public for the feedback on his Achievement Everywhere school funding plan which he rolled out on Thursday.
