In a story in the Jan. 10, 2013 edition of the Portsmouth Daily Times, figures from the year 2011, were incorrectly listed under the year 2010. In reality, in 2010, there was no base increase in the water or sewer rates. The Times continually strives for accuracy, and apologizes for mistakes made in any stories.
