Emerson Creech, 87
Vancil Emerson Creech, 87, of Minford, died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
Born June 23, 1925, in Jackson County, Ohio; a son of the late William H. and Estella Mae (Flack) Creech, he was a World War II Army Veteran. He was a retired Farm Manager for Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville and earlier had worked for Minford Farm Supply.
He is survived by his wife, Helen (Keller) Creech; one daughter Jean Creech of Minford; one brother Wayne Creech of Pataskala; two sisters, Gladys Dixon of Westville, and Ruth Henson of West Jefferson; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
