Jan Sparks, 61
Jan Rochelle Sparks, age 61, of Wheelersburg died Dec. 7, 2012 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born Oct. 14, 1951 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Burr Mitchell and Rebecca Smith Mitchell of Wheelersburg. She was a former South Webster school teacher and of Methodist faith.
She is survived by one daughter, Casey (Matt) Greathouse, two brothers, Jeff Mitchell and Lou Mitchell and three sisters, Diana Kutz, Marta Smith and Judi Eckhart.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Dec. 10, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Harrison-Pyles Funeral home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Pete Michael officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 9 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
