Terry Penn, 69

Terry Lee Penn, 69, of Lucasville, died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012 at his residence.

He was born Dec. 14, 1942, in Lucasville, a son of the late Blanchard and Emogene Conkel Penn.

Terry was a retired electrician from USEC, a former Jefferson Township Democratic Committeeman, and a 1960 Valley High School graduate. He was also a former volunteer with Mended Hearts at SOMC.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Kay Lundy Penn whom he married Nov. 27, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland; two daughters Teresa (Brian) Williams of Canton, Georgia, Angie (Dave) Short of Anderson, Texas; one son, Dale Penn of Lancaster; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two brothers Dick (Jan) Penn of Circleville and Phil (Sandy) Penn of Lucasville.

Graveside services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10, 2012 in Rushtown Cemetery with Phil Howard officiating. Friends may call 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville.
