Donald Mullens, 63

Donald R. Mullens, 63, of Minford, died Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at SOMC Hospice. Born Dec. 26, 1948, in Scioto County, a son of the late Robert William and Katherine Charlotte Legg Mullens, he was a former employee of Goodyear Atomic Corporation and a member of United Steel Workers.

He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Mullens of Minford; two sons, Bill (Jennifer) Mullens of West Portsmouth, Rich (Jeanie) Mullens of Minford; three grandchildren; two brothers, Carl E. (Catherine) Mullens, Paul L. (Sharon) Mullens, all of Lucasville; one sister, Charlotte (Clarence) Radabaugh of Columbus, and a special friend, Joyce Davis of Minford. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two grandsons and one brother, Allen Mullens.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Rob McKinney officiating. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery in Piketon. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the service on Monday.
