Belma Slack, 85
Belma Jean Triggs Slack, 85, of South Webster, died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at her home
She was born Sept. 14, 1927, in South Webster, a daughter of the late Hezekiah Triggs and Ginny Faulk Triggs. She was a homemaker and member of the South Webster Pilgrim Wesleyan Church
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one son, James Slack Jr.; one daughter, Lorena Jean “Jeannie” Slack; and 10 brothers and sisters
She is survived by her loving husband James W. Slack Sr., whom she married on April 5, 1947, by Rev. Kemper in South Webster; one grandson, John W. Slack; one granddaughter, Shellie Scott; one sister, Wanda Estepp; along with many nieces and nephews
The family would like to thank the Heartland Hospice Staff especially Evelyn Craft, along with Dee Dee Raynard, Sara Slack, Mike Slack, Chip Slack and Matt Raynard as well as the many family and friends who supported Belma during her illness
Funeral Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at the Davis Funeral Home in South Webster with the Rev. Paul Willis Hagen officiating and interment in South Webster Cemetery
Friends may call after 4 p.m. on Tuesday and until the services Wednesday at the Davis Funeral Home
