PIKETON - The 38th-annual Pike County Dogwood Festival kicks off at 6 p.m. today on the village green. The opening ceremony will feature introduction of this year's parade grand marshal, and at 7:30 p.m., Moment of Clarity will perform on the Middle Street Stage.
