Falcons beat Jeeps 75-45

The Minford Falcons picked up their third win of the season and second in conference play with a 75-45 victory over the South Webster Jeeps.

Minford (3-0, 2-0) showed it’s ability to shoot the ball, draining seven threes. Brandon Rowe hit two shots from behind the arc as he finished with a game-high 27 points.

Senior forward Trey Kelley hit three treys, finishing with 21 points on the night. Matthew Gullett and Cameron Dalton hit the other two threes for the Falcons.

Despite suffering the loss, South Webster also showed a nice shooting touch, hitting four shots from down town. Nathan Wolfenbarker hit two 3-point field goals as he finished with 10 points. Shane Zimmerman also scored 10 points in the loss but eight of those 10 came from the charity stripe.
