PORTSMOUTH, Ohio – Tickets for the 2016 Shawnee State University Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony are on sale now.
The ceremony will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 5, at the Sodexo Ballroom in the University Center. The VIP cocktail hour will begin at 5:30.
The 2016 Hall of Fame ceremony will announce the addition of three student-athletes, Becky Babione, SSU women’s basketball player, Terrence Davison, SSU men’s basketball player, and Brandi Rose, SSU women’s basketball and softball player, and one administrator, former SSU Athletic Director, Jim Arnzen. SSU President Dr. Rick Kurtz will be headlining the event.
Babione will mark the 12th member of the women’s basketball team to be inducted into the SSU Hall of Fame. Davison represents the seventh member from the men’s basketball team. Rose is the third multi-sport athlete to be inducted and Arnzen will be the second administrator to be included.
Tickets are $50 for one VIP Reception and one Hall of Fame Dinner or $35 for one Hall of Fame Dinner. Tickets and additional prices are available online through the SSU Development Foundation website at www.shawnee.edu/offices/development-foundation/.
