Local resident Anthony Toms (right) recently returned from the 28th annual Eastern USA International Martial Arts Association Black Belt Hall of Fame, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Anthony received an award for Black Belt of the Year. Toms received the award on November 14th. He also received five USA State Division Title awards for California and Ohio in fighting, kata, and weapons. Anthony is 16 years old, and has won five awards from the Eastern USA International Martial Arts Association Black Belt Hall of Fame. He was inducted into the organization in 2013.
