Kathleen Marie Fegly Lucas, 54, of Portsmouth, died Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

She was born Jan. 8, 1955, in Toledo, to the late Walter Eugene and Helen Marie Long Fegly. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Ann Kishmoto; and a grandson, Jayden David Lamar.

Kathleen is survived by two daughters, Jodi Lynn Fegly and Nikki Anna Frye, both of Portsmouth; five grandchildren, Hailie Danielle Frye, Bryson Nicholas Frye, Josiah Whisman, Hannah and Maisie Swords; three brothers, Wayne (Thelma) Fegly of Palm Bay, Fla., Alfred (Sandy) Fegly of Toledo and Paul (Peggy) Fegly of West Portsmouth; two sisters, Sharon (Wes) Morris of Columbus and Sandra (Harold) Holsinger of Stout; along with a special friend, Shelia Clay of Portsmouth; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009, at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth, with Keith Monroe officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday starting at 6 p.m.

The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to help with expenses.
