Sharyl Teeters, 60

Sharyl Anne Teeters, 60, of Portsmouth, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

She was born Feb. 14, 1952, in Portsmouth; a daughter of the late Harold and Ruth Diller Herdman.

She was a former employee of the Portsmouth Daily Times working in the classified advertisement department, a member of the Cornerstone Church, and a 1970 Portsmouth West graduate.

She is survived by five sons, Josh Teeters of Portsmouth, Mark Teeters of Lucasville, Dan Teeters of McDermott, Tim Teeters of Hamden, OH, and Andy Teeters of McDermott; one grandson, Daelan Teeters.

A memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, at Cornerstone Church with Pastor Tom Charles officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. at the church. Arrangements were under the direction of the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville.
