These price cutters should leave it to the professionals.

Skiengineer, you're right about Cedarville. The extremely expensive school is all about image. Truthfully, it isn't better than Shawnee State and I know Cedarville graduates stating they wish they have gone elsewhere. Unfortunately, the students are trapped in the hodgepodge. Their parents send their children there to build a holy image. They will slander, blaming cops as an example, to maintain the holy image.

"The police wasn't trying to accuse an innocent person. They were doing their job. Face it, he offered $30 to an undercover officer for oral entertainment after he circled the block repeatedly. She had a witness and sent him to jail. If alcoholism is to blame, why didn't they go after a DUI charge also? It was soliciting for sex. Its in the court record."

With Portsmouth's loser reputation, we do not need to be known as "Southern Ohio's Capital of Prostitution". No decent person or business would consider associating with Portsmouth.

The desparate customers need their prostitutes back? If they believe Hillary is beautiful, they're desparate enough to need a prostitute. Lord save our town.

i got to meet "predident" Bill and Hillary in japan back in 1995. he has a beautiful wife. i honestly don't know what he was thinking. cant take up for him on that. but the the people are doing this to buy meth. steel copper, rob houses, destroy new house piping before its done being built, even taking you're catalytic converter off you're car while you sleep. the cops are putting no dent into the meth trade and they need to get there numbers up to make you feel secure about something. do you feel safe now? that the dangerous prostitute is gone. and you're neighbor is smoking meth and doing a lot of morally wrong things next door to you. "put the lotion in the basket!" sleep well:)

According to Predident Bill Clinton, it is not sex.

Bull! I say, the police needs to do something or we will have prostitutes soliciting on every corner near Krogers, Walmart, City Hall, schools, everywhere. Thank you Portsmouth PD.

Was the teacher, the one attracted to a 16 year old, implicated with the prostitutes?

the prostitution does not bug me at all, if you get out of our country its a legit business in some country's. but the drugs... the drugs have killed so many friends and family members, and ruined lives and relationships. i would have kicked that cop where the sun don't shine and took the DUI though and told the judge exactly what happened. he would have got screwed over but at least a citizen is doing his job and reporting the misconduct of the police department. i know cops have to fill there quota's and don't lie i work for the government so i know exactly how you small town cops work. i bet there is more in that 13 that are innocent of this crime. but these meth heads should be put on an island and forgotten. don't waste you're city dollars helping them. have the police department concentrate on that. fill you're quotas the proper way. i bet if you crack down on the meth labs and quite wasting time with worms on a hook. you could clean up the city and the surrounding area's and i would have the pleasure of moving back to portsmouth to show my children how beautiful it was when i was a child...............i don't see this happening.

ForgivenHuman, we cannot believe in an absurd tale like yours. Condemning honest, good people for their views. Seeking to inform us is their right. Your tongue is like a two-edged sword vandalizing souls. Please seek forgiveness for your evil ways before your frustration destroys you and others.

SkiEngineer-I'm responding to your post only for the sake of clarity: the ticket wasn't for prostitution--it was soliciting a prostitute.

I'm not sure why you are so down on one particular school, and no, I didn't attend there. I went to a state school. If you think Christians think they are better than everyone one else you are very much mistaken. We know we aren't. That's the point. I'm so glad I don't judge Southern Ohio residents by your angry hatefilled responses. I truly hope you find what you're looking for.

I know one thing, a cop will throw a book at an unsafe DUI every time. Every time!

I also know the Cedarville crowd needs to maintain their phoney innocence.

Things are not always as they appear--I think that's why God says to leave the judging to Him. Not everyone who struggles with addiction, be it alcohol or something else, is uneducated or a scum--I'm not even going to start listing names. It can happen to anyone. We all struggle with something. Sometimes we loose that battle. The point is everyone is human and we all fail. Thankfully God meets us there. We still suffer the consequences of our actions but He still holds on to us and loves us.

Not everyone pictured was prostituting themselves or even picking someone up. One person gave into the addiction of alcohol, closed down a bar, was waved over by 2 women (dressed casually) he thought were from the bar , asked them what they wanted, rejected their offer when it was made, and drove home. The police picked him up 6 blocks away, told him to keep his mouth shut and take the ticket or they would hit him with a DUI--which he was guilty of and is a much more serious crime. He thought he could loose his job and pleaded no contest to the lesser charge. If he didn't struggle with alcohol he wouldn't have been there. He is devastated, ashamed, and feeling hopeless because he failed. I hope the "Christian", who judged him and a good university based on a humanbeings weakness, searches their heart and their attitude to see if it glorifies God or just makes them feel more superior--that's what judging is all about. Being a Christian DOES NOT make you perfect--no do they claim it does. We've just accepted God's way of reconciling ourselves to Him through His son. We have a faithful, loving God --so thankful for that. He is also the God of hope and 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc etc changes. We all just pick up the pieces, look ahead, and keep pressing forward. Forgiven and Thankful

I'm glad the police dept. is doing there job and It's so sad that people let drugs get the best of them. I know one of these men and he is some ones dad , husband and son and I feel sorry for the family and he has a very good job and this just goes to show you what a hold drugs can have on a person. I hope they all get the help they need..

One of the prostitutes is a Cedarville University Graduate and I cannot think of one good example from the claimed Christian Cedarville University. The education offered from Cedarville is poor.

I thank God that I did not go to Cedarville. I went to a major university and most of my friends were Christians and none of us were whoremongers. Moreover, none became prostitutes either. Listening to deceivers promoting Cedarville, the opposite is claimed by them.

These people have a drug addiction some people sometimes don't have the will power not to use. I feel sorry for them and their families. They are someones child, mother, father, so what I think everyone should do is pray for them. WE can't judge them only god can. Maybe one day this could be your child or maybe even yourself so please think before you say its not always in the person's hand a drug addiction is a very serious thing it's killing people daily. I believe we should offer help instead of pointing fingers. I have never been in there shoes but I have seen drug abuse kill so many people instead of judging lets help them fight the disease.
