He was born Sept. 14, 1958, a son of Patsy Hawkins Montgomery of Lucasville and the late Sylvester “Pud” Montgomery. Ted was a Pipe Fitter out of Pipefitter’s Union Local 577 and a 1977 Northwest High School graduate.
