If perhaps you think success can be achieved alone, Trinity Business Group (TBG) says not so, and will host the BE Caffeinated Conference with a focus, ‘Success is Never a Solo Act/Your Questions Answered Thursday, Aug. 18, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Boneyfiddle Pie Factory in Portsmouth.
Matthew Seifert will be the master of ceremonies for the BE Caffeinated Conference that will convene on Aug. 18, and said the Conference will equip entrepreneurs with information to explain just why no one gets to the top alone. Business coaches Dave Beam, and Zack Sims will be facilitating Thursday’s Conference.
“The theme is ‘Success is Never a Solo Act,’ and entrepreneurs and people really can’t accomplish a lot of things by themselves,” Seifert said. “You need mentors, you need people you can rely on family wise, your faith, any number of things. So the myth of a person breaking it out all by themselves is just that, it’s a myth. You have to build up a network around you. So we are going to do everything we can to get people some good, useful information, but also give them ongoing resources so they can help each other and find people who can help them avoid some mistakes that others might have made in the past.”
Beam said he and Sims will expounding upon how success really comes by working with others.
“As fellow coaches, Zack and I are going to facilitate a group conversation about how success and significant accomplishment is always a group activity,” Beam said. “He also said he is looking forward to being a part of the conference as well.
Seifert said the BE Caffeinated Conferences have been a collaborative effort between himself, Sean Boldman, founder of TBG, and Sims.
“Sean, Zack and I are the three people that have been putting these conferences together. Our entire purpose is to try to build into local business people and people with an entrepreneurial spirit,” Seifert said. “You don’t have to own your own business to want to make a difference within your business, and we think that we can provide opportunities for folks locally, and help them to improve themselves, and to help them improve the business environment in and around Portsmouth, Ohio.”
TBG is already working on plans to host a conference in November. The details are forthcoming.
“We are also planning on doing another conference in early November, and we will have details related to that on Thursday,” Seifert said.
