GRAYSON, Ky. — An investigation is currently underway by the Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 14, of a theft which occurred on Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at First Baptist Church in Grayson, Ky.
According to KSP, at approximately 7:37 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, an unidentified male removed a mandolin from a white Chevrolet S10 pickup. The white male is described as being bald, and was wearing a maroon short sleeve shirt and blue jeans at the time of the theft. Authorities say the identity of the suspect is unknown at this time, but he was in the area as a volunteer for the cleanup efforts after flooding in the Hitchens, Willard and Grahn areas of Carter County.
The male suspect departed from the scene in a silver van in an unknown direction of travel. No vehicle registration was visible and no other identifiers are available for the vehicle.
