F.A.D.E drug bust leads to five arrests in Carter Co., Ky.

CARTER COUNTY, Ky. — An investigation conducted by Fivco Area Drug Enforcement Task Force (F.A.D.E.) and officers of the Olive Hill Police Department on March 25, led to the arrest of five suspects, and the dismantling of a methamphetamine lab, according to reports from F.A.D.E.

Reports reveal that multiple search warrants were executed in the 300 block of Chili street in Olive Hill Ky. Five suspects were arrested as part of the investigation. A meth lab was found at the location along with other drugs, a firearm, currency and stolen property. Authorities said the investigation is ongoing.

Vada Parsons, 54, of Olive Hill, Ky. is charged with two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, engaging in organized crime, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sharon J. Binnion, 60, of Olive Hill, Ky. is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, engaging in organized crime. manufacturing methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Troy S. Carroll, 41, of Olive Hill, Ky. is charged with two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, engaging in organized crime, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dale E. Hamm, 40, of Olive Hill, Ky. is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, engaging in organized crime, manufacturing methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana.

Amanda D. Henderson, 23, of Grayson, Ky. is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, engaging in organized crime, manufacturing methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana.

All five suspects were transported by authorities to the Carter County Detention Center.

F.A. D.E Drug Task Force operates in Greenup, Carter and Lewis counties and is comprised of officers from the Flatwoods, Russell, Raceland, Vanceburg and Olive Hill Police Dept.
