A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered by the Blue Ribbon Arson Committee for information leading to the identification of the person or persons responsible for two Manchester, Ohio arson fires. The Division of State Fire Marshal’s Fire and Explosion Investigation Bureau is seeking the public’s help with the two fires which they have ruled as arsons.

The first fire occurred on August 24, 2015, around 3:30 a.m. at 308 East Seventh Street. The second fire occurred on September 12, 2015, around 7 a.m. at 309 East Sixth Street. The investigations are being conducted in conjunction with the Manchester Fire Department and the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.

“We need your help to solve this case. Information from the public can help tremendously,” State Fire Marshal Larry L. Flowers said. “Even if you don’t think the information is relevant, it could bring the entire case together for our investigators.”

Anyone with information is being asked to call the State Fire Marshal’s Fire and Explosion Investigation Bureau at 1-800-589-2728 or the Adams County Sheriff’s Office at 937-544-2314.
