Nikki Blankenship - Inside Sales/CSR/Classifieds

About Nikki Blankenship:

Nikki Blankenship, Inside Sales/CSR/Classifieds, graduated from Minford High School before attending Shawnee State University where she earned bachelor’s degrees in English/Humanities and History and minors in communications, linguistics, and journalism.  She then went on to grad school, earning a master’s in psychology with concentration in psychology of culture and is currently working on her dissertation for a Ph.D. in public policy and administration with concentration in local government management for sustainable communities.
Nikki has three daughters – Haylee, Nicole, and Darby – and a son, Cambridge who live with her in New Boston and take part in band and sports at Minford Local School District.
In her free time, Nikki is a dedicated cinephile, enjoys concerts, traveling, and her time with The Tri-State Transylvanians, a shadow cast that has performed such films at The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Repo the Genetic Opera, and Shock Treatment.

Amanda Wilson, Media Consultant, is a lifelong resident of Scioto County. She has 3 children. Amanda brings retail management and customer service to the team. She serves customers in the East end of Portsmouth, Sciotoville, Wheelersburg, and South Shore Kentucky. She is excited to start her journey in selling news print, digital, and our other products.

Michelle has experience in marketing and serves customers in Minford, Portsmouth, Lucasville, and Pike County. Michelle is extremely excited to offer versatile marketing programs that allow advertisers to reach a broader audience. Tracy Ison, Senior Media Consultant, is a lifelong resident of Portsmouth, Ohio. Tracy has over 15 years sales experience. She serves customers with marketing plans in Scioto County and Portsmouth for The Portsmouth Daily Times and Community Common. She is also the President of the Lucasville Kiwanis and a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Scioto and Pike counties. Tracy has 2 children and 1 grandchild.

Ciara has been at the Daily Times since May 2015.
She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's in English at Shawnee State University, with the hopes of going to graduate school to become a professor of Comparative Literature. She has a minor in British Literature and Linguistics.

Wayne is a life long resident of Scioto County and has lived in West Portsmouth for the majority of it. He is a writer for the Portsmouth Daily Times and Community Common. Wayne is a minister with Community of Christ that travels to throughout southern Ohio, preaching and teaching.

About Frank Lewis:

Married to Joyce Ann for 48 years, with two children, Tony and Michael. Both live in Columbus. Two grandchildren, Tyler and Caitlin.

Spent 40 years in the broadcast industry, four years in the cellular phone industry, and has been at the Portsmouth Daily Times for 15 years.

Frank is associate pastor at New Life Family Worship Center where he teaches Bible on Sunday. He also preaches at First Christian Church in Portsmouth.

Frank and Joyce have six cats and two dogs and live in the country.

Frank's favorite thing to do is to study the Bible and read related books

Portia Williams - Writer

About Portia Williams:

Portia Williams, is a native of Portsmouth, is the wife of Mark Williams, and have two daughters, Jori who attends Marshall University, Pajah who attends Tiffin University, and son Micah who attends Marshall University. Portia has been employed at The Portsmouth Daily Times/Civitas Media as a content producer since 2012. She has written for PDT as a contributing columnist, and now staff writer since April 2002. As a content producer, Portia enjoys covering church news, and Greenup County, Ky., and was recently assigned the townships of Jefferson, Madison, Morgan, Rush, and Valley townships.
