Richard Bender, 61
Richard E. Bender, 61, of Sciotoville, died Thursday, March 14, 2013 at his residence. Born on May 6, 1951 in Portsmouth, he was the son of Betty Elliott Bender of Sciotoville and the late Richard Bender. Survivors also include Geraldine Bender, Dottie Williams, Diane Bennett, and Patty Holloway. Services are being held at the convenience of the family.
