Patrick McCreary, 51

Patrick McCreary, 51, of New Boston died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at a local hospital. He was born May, 28, 1961, in Portsmouth, a son of the late William James McCreary and Hazel George McCreary. He was a member of Brothers of the Wheel.

He is survived by his wife Synthia Anderson McCreary, one son, William J. McCreary of New Boston, two sisters, Christine McCreary of New Boston and Nancy McCreary of Columbus, two brothers William J. McCreary of Portsmouth and Timothy J. McCreary of Wheelersburg.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael McCreary, two sisters Jenny McCreary and Carol Daniels.

Services will be 8 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2013, at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Pastor Gary Heimbach officiating. Private interment at a later date. Visitation will be Friday 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
