In a story in the Jan. 30 edition of the Portsmouth Daily Times, it was reported that the U.S. EPA’s public comment period for the city’s Long Term Control Plan ends of March 1.
The EPA now says that date has not been finalized, and is expected to issue an official public comment period in the near future.
