IRONTON — Kyle L. Owens, 69, of Ironton, wife of Oscar Owens, passed away Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at the Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Phillips Funeral Home in Ironton. Interment will follow in Mamre Cemetery. Friends may call Monday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
