Edward Parker, 84

Edward E. Parker, 84, of Portsmouth died Jan. 7, 2013, at his residence. He was born April 4, 1928, in Carter, Ky., a son of the late Vincent and Goldie Kiser Parker. He is survived by two daughters, Kay Villa and Kathy Tommasini; two sisters, Alberta Williams and Jewell Kewer; two brothers, Andrew Parker and Deward “Clint” Parker; seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several neices and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by a son, Donald Parker; two brothers, Lawrence and Bill Parker; four sisters, Elsie Koza, Chattie Rice, Helen Conley and Nevada Williams and a grandson, Timothy Villa. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with Pastor Kenny Klaiber officiating. Interment will be at Kiser Gold cemetery in Carter City, Ky.
