Ralph Logan, decorated World War II veteran, passed away at age 92 on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, at Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Ralph was born May 8, 1920, to the late James and Margaret Logan of New Boston. Preceding him in death were his beloved wife Ethel, and his sisters Avanelle Clark, Helen Cooper, and Yvonne Kirsch.

Growing up on a farm with his eight siblings, Ralph learned responsibility but reaped many good memories filled with laughter and love. He is survived by Raymond, Ruth, Charles, Donald Logan, Marcella Newman, and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Military services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 10, at Jones-Kinney-Zechman Funeral Home in Springfield, Ohio. Visitation will be 12:30 p.m. for family and 1 to 2 p.m. for visitors.
