Otis Otto Thurman, 36
Otis Otto Thurman Jr. 36, of Portsmouth, died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth.
He was born Feb. 10, 1976, in Portsmouth, a son of Martha Louise Wallace Spencer, who survives the late Otis Otto Thurman Sr.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Amy Christina Stevens Thurman; one son, Jeremy Thurman; one daughter, Briana Weisenhoffer; one brother, Josh Thurman; one sister, Rhonda Thurman
He was preceded in death by one brother, James Allen Thurman on July 21, 2012.
Funeral Services will be 1 p.m. Jan. 7, 2013, at the Davis Funeral Home in South Webster with Pastor Mike Davis officiating and interment in Scioto Furnace Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until and the time of the services on Monday at the Davis Funeral Home.
