Notre Dame takes down Ironton St. Joseph 57-36

The Notre Dame hosted Ironton St. Joseph Wednesday evening and sent Titans fans home happy with a 57-36 win.

Notre Dame teammates Kevin Lewis and J.P. Kayser split the scoring lead with 14 points each. Lewis compiled six steals as well, while J.P. Kayser had eight assists and seven rebounds.

The Titans move to 8-1 on the season and will host Green Friday evening.

West 72, Rock Hill 50

West hosted Rock Hill Wednesday evening and won 72-50.

Michael Hafer led the Senators with 13 points while teammates Michael Davis and Steven Irwin each had 11 points. J.B. Travis also chipped in 10 points.

Along with Hafer’s 13 points, he also had 17 rebounds while Travis was a pest on defense racking up five steals for West.

West improves to 5-3 and will travel to Valley Friday night.

South Webster 85, New Boston 47

South Webster took on New Boston in the championship round of the New Boston Holiday Classic and the Jeeps came away 85-47 winners.

Lance Swords had 25 points in South Webster’s winning effort while teammates Nick Norman and Jensen Dyer each chipped in 14 and 13 points, respectively.

Shane Buckley and Brendan Herrforth each had 15 points for the Tigers.

South Webster moves to 6-1 and will travel to Wheelersburg Friday while New Boston will host Symmes Valley.
