Orville H. Ruggles Jr., 41 of Portsmouth died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at home. He is survived by seven sisters, Kimberly Hileman, Patty Hatfield, Debra Howard-Craft, Dorothy Rice, Judy Thomas, Rachel Morrison and Sarah Yearian; three brothers, Charles Ruggles, Glenn Ruggles and Thomas Gilliland. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Mary Ruggles, two brothers, Ray and James Ruggles. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with Pastor Larry Parks officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at D.W. SWICK.
