Larry Spence, 56

Larry Allen Spence, 56, of Lucasville, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at SOMC. Born Dec. 1, 1955, in Scioto County, a son of the late Stanley Emerson and Ruth A. Pugh Spence, he was a painter and US Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Pamela Sue Mullens Spence; a daughter-in-law, Melissa Spence; two grandchildren, Brittany Spence and Cody Spence, and two brothers, Jerry W. Spence and Stanley Spence. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, David Lee “Boomer” Spence; two brothers, Robert Lee Spence, Doug Spence, and one sister, Carolyn Alley.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Burial will be at Scioto Burial Park.
