Betty Craycraft, 86

Betty Jean Craycraft, 86, of Wheelersburg, went home Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at Best Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wheelersburg. She was born June 24, 1926, in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Curtis David Shaffer and Maggie Davis Shaffer. She had attended Sand Hill Christian Baptist Church. She was married to McKinley Craycraft who preceded her in death March 3, 2003. Surviving are one son, Ronald W. Craycraft, of Wheelersburg and one brother, Curtis David Shaffer, of Wheelersburg. She was also preceded in death by two sons, John and Edward Craycraft, and one brother and one sister. Services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, at Edgewood Abbey Mausoleum at Memorial Burial Park, with Ronnie Blevins officiating, with interment to follow.
