Deborah Kouns, 60

Deborah Alice Kouns, 60, of Greenup, Ky., died Monday, July 30, 2012, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital.

Born July 18, 1952, in Scioto County, Ohio, a daughter of the late Albert W. and Margaret “Peggy” (Childers) Lintz, she was a homemaker and attended Oldsteam Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Kouns; one son, Brian (Amy) White of Clarksburg, Ohio; one daughter, April (Dean) Bryant of Wurtland; a step-son, Tracy (Ashley Smith) Kouns of Ashland; step-daughter, Christina (Chris Mays) Kouns of Kitts Hill; second mother to Stacey Bryant of Wheelersburg; eight grandchildren, Jordan Bryant, Emily Bryant, Luke White, Cody Jones, Conner Jones, Adalynn Kouns, Bart Bryant, Sarah Bryant; two brothers, Earl (Regina) Lintz of Pataskala, Michael Dale (Linda) Lintz of Bucyrus; four sisters, Judith Ellis of Wheelersburg, Kathy (Steve) Gatsch of Grove City, Gail (Buddy) Colley of Lucasville, Lisa (Randy) Hopkins of Minford.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by twin children in infancy.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012, at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home, 6710 Swauger Valley Road, Minford, Ohio with Jack McCleese and Rodney Vance officiating. Burial will be in Brick Union Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
