Zepha Bailey, 55

Zepha Jane Bailey, 55, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio went to rest with her Creator Wednesday, July 18, 2012. She is survived by Jeffrey Charles, her soul mate 30 years, her parents Robert and Zephra Hunt Carter, two daughters; Terri Billingsley of Westerville and Angela Sexton of Franklin Furnace; one son, Kevin (Stephanie) Carter of Portsmouth; six grandchildren, John Billingsley and Austin Billingsley of Westerville; Nickolas Sexton and Katelyn Garett of Franklin Furnace, Darian Carter, and Makenzie Carter. She is also survived by two sisters, Teresa Bowling of Portsmouth, and Sandra Rader of Portsmouth; three brothers, Robert H. Carter of Portsmouth, John (Anita) Carter of Portsmouth, and Scott (Kellie) Carter of Portsmouth. She loved fishing and camping with her grandchildren. A memorial service will be Saturday, July 28, 2012, at the Minford American Legion.
