Phillip Dale Walls, 61, of South Webster, died Monday, June 18, 2012, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth.

He was born Aug. 13, 1950, in Oak Hill, Ohio, a son of the late Arnold Eugene Walls and Mary Permelia Crabtree Walls

He is survived by one son Michael Dale Walls and his fiancée Charity Stoffer; one sister, Rosemary (James) Slone; one grandson, David Michael Walls; two step grandchildren, Dayvien Evans and Jacqueline Hussell; two nephews Rodney Slone and Kevin (Rachel) Slone and three great-nieces, Rebekah, Rachel and Victoria.

Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Davis Funeral Home in South Webster with the Rev. Merit Smith officiating and interment in South Webster Cemetery.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. on Wednesday evening.
