VANCEBURG, Ky. — According to reports from the Lewis County Circuit Court, Jesse Logan Betram, 25, John C. Glispie, 36, and Brian Clark, 23, all residents of Garrison, Ky., have entered not guilty pleas of Reckless Homicide on Friday in Lewis Circuit Court.

According to Lewis County Sheriff reports, deputies were called to Kentucky 1306, where a disturbance was taking place.
